Well I hope you all had a chance to look at our Halloween pictures under our EVENTS page but if you haven’t we suggest you take a look. Dr. Chaney was Gru, Christie was the minion Bob, Kristi was the minion Stuart and Quincy stole the show being the evil villain Baltizar Brat from the third Despicable Me movie. I hope this will give you the chuckle you might have needed in your day. We love making our patients smile, even if it’s at our own expense.
We want to take a moment to thank each and every one of our patients for making our food drive such a huge success for the 15th consecutive year! We have raised what seems like hundreds of pounds of food to feed families in our neighborhood this holiday season through the organization People Helping People. We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family around you and don’t over do it with the turkey!
Our final event for this year is the Toys for Tots and Angel Tree for December. For the dates December 3rd – December 28th, we will be doing a FREE Exam if you bring in an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots for any new patient during that time. Our Angel Tree has been a huge success for us in the past for the kids at Christmastime so we are bringing that back for our 4th consecutive year! If you are unfamiliar with that tree, there are specific children who request items and shows their sizes for any clothing and favorite hopeful toy to receive this year. These families are carefully selected by those running the Angel Tree so they are truly in need of some extra help to make it a Christmas with a little something under the tree. We know the love of our patients will come through again.
